📦 Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship physical products within the United States only.

Standard shipping is FREE on all physical orders! Shipping costs are already included in our product prices, so there are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

💜 Processing Times

Many Shop with Zee products are handmade, personalized, or created especially for you.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and order volume.

Please review individual product descriptions for any specific processing or production timelines.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

🎨 Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized items may require additional time for design, preparation, and production.

If your order requires photographs, names, or other customization details, production may not begin until all necessary information has been received.

For products requiring design approval, production begins after final approval.

📍 Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Leesburg, Virginia, for eligible orders.

Select Local Pickup at checkout when available.

You’ll receive instructions for arranging pickup once your order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you’ve received confirmation that your order is ready.
