All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, adjust prices, or cancel orders when necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued.

Payment is required at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed before your purchase is completed.
We use third-party payment processors to securely process transactions. Shop with Zee does not store your complete credit card information.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
To request a return, contact hello@zainamarie.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or design, you may return an eligible item within the 14-day return window and place a new order.

Because custom and personalized items are created specifically for each customer, these products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally final once the digital content has been delivered or made accessible, except where required by applicable law.
Digital products are intended for personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership rights.
Unless otherwise indicated, original website content, written materials, graphics, digital downloads, and original designs created by Shop with Zee are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
